How long will it take for my order to be made and shipped?

Accepted Answer

Once your order and payment has been received, allow 7-10 business days for it to be made and shipped. If during the processing period any issues should arise, you will be notified immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept? Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

Accepted Answer

All major credit/debit cards via the Paypal payment system are accepted, as well as cash and Company checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOMIZED ITEMS. Please ensure that the monogramming information that is provided is correct. Once the items have been created and prepared, Monet's does not assume responsibility for any inaccuracies that were provided from the customer.

Can I order items in bulk? Will a deposit be needed?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. If you wish to place an large order of items, please use the contact form with your description for your order. Once the order form has been obtained, an estimate invoice will be sent for your review/corrections. Deposits will be needed on orders of a $100 or more.

Can I pay for my items in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. You can pay with cash or credit card at the time of pick up. There is a credit/debit card machine available on sight.

Question 6

I live in the local area. Can I arrange to pick up my item/products at your business location versus having it mailed?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. If you wish to pick up your order, just ensure that you choose that option in the "Shipping" section. Before submitting your order, please ensure that you provide the day/time information in the "Optional Notes" section located at the bottom of the page.

Do you offer any sizes above XL?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do provide larger sizes. HOWEVER, as they are not normally kept in stock, there will be an additional charge as it will be considered as a special order. Please allow additional time so that the item can be ordered and shipped so that your order can be created.

Question 8

I need an item created and completed within a couple of days. Will there be any additional charges for a "short turn around time"?"

Yes there will be an additional $15.00 charge.

Question 9

I see a shirt that I want but I want a different color than what is posted. How can I make sure I can order the specific color?

Accepted Answer

In the  "Optional Notes" section (located at the bottom of the payment section) please specify the color that you would like to have for your order.

Do you offer Kid's sizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes they are offered. If there is a specific item that you would like to have made for your child, please fill out the contact form with your request.

Do you offer women/fitted sizes?

All of the shirts are unisex. If you wish to order a women's fitted tee/sweatshirt/hoodie, please fill out the contact form with your request.
